Ultimate Coffee Company Limited has been engaging in the Coffee Business since it was established by co-founders Simon Tsui and Catherine Chen in 2006. Our CEO & founder, Simon Tsui has been taking part in the coffee business for over 20 years, long before the Ultimate Coffee Company was established. Over those years, our founder learned much about the industry, including experience in the coffee roasting industry and the sourcing of green coffee beans. These experiences and extensive knowledge of the coffee industry are what eventually led to the founding of the Ultimate Coffee company.
Our co-founder Catherine Chen is dedicated to finding and sourcing the highest quality products from all over the world. She is the director of the company and is currently focusing on promoting and launching a new generation of Ultimate Coffee products.
Since our company’s inception, we have been striving to provide the most premium coffee experience to our customers. We supply the finest roasted coffee beans to a range of markets, including hotels, cafes, restaurants, offices, etc. In order to provide this comprehensive service, we are also the official distributors of the world renowned coffee machines - “WMF” and “La Marzocco” and "Modbar".
As the official distributor of two top-tier coffee machine brands, we provide vital services including:
- For Fully automatic coffee machines from WMF: We have established extensive technical support teams in Hong Kong and Macau which provide efficient and professional maintenance services to our customers.
- For Semi-automatic coffee machines from La Marzocco: We provide professional barista training to our clients which will help them learn how to master their world class coffee machines.
- We are also the exclusive distributor for the Italian historical & prestigious brand - Caffe Vergnano 1882 and the French brand - Dammann Frères.
