Refund Policy

Products can only be exchanged or returned within 3 days of the delivery date.

Reasons for return or exchange:

  • Quality issues (only applies for products exceeding the “best before date”)

  • Mistakes in the order quantity or items

Remarks:

  1. All the equipment (coffee machines, grinders, and accessories) will not be acceptable for exchange or return.  Please consult with our Customer Care Hotline at +852 2947 7248 before making a purchase.
  2. Unless there are quality issues with the product, the customer is fully responsible for the return delivery fee.
